Our Strategy Starts with Listening

Public programs function best when decisions are informed by the people they affect.

Since 2021, we’ve led large-scale public engagement and assessment initiatives across multi-county regions, reaching thousands of residents and meeting state and federal compliance standards.

We pair disciplined analysis with on-the-ground outreach to translate community insight into clear findings, funding priorities, and implementation strategies agencies can act on.

FROM ASSESSMENT TO IMPLEMENTATION

What We Do

We support publicly funded initiatives from early assessment through execution, ensuring community insight, compliance, and implementation remain aligned.

  • We design and lead federally responsive CNAs aligned with funding and reporting standards. Our approach combines multilingual engagement, rigorous data analysis, and clear documentation to inform strategic planning and funding priorities.

  • We partner with health systems and nonprofit coalitions to conduct CHNAs that clarify priority gaps, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and guide long-term investment decisions.

  • We provide operational leadership for new and existing publicly funded initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, timeline management, documentation, and performance reporting aligned with compliance requirements.

  • We support procurement-aware subcontracting and supplier diversity participation requirements at the state and federal levels. This includes compliance with Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) programs, SBA 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. Our services include identifying qualified partners, structuring compliant subcontracting relationships, and integrating supplier diversity goals into overall project execution.
